Orientation & Transition Programs creates dynamic, student-centered experiences to inspire purposeful transitions.

OTP Core Values:

• Academic Excellence- We promote academic achievement and resources to support student success.  Student leaders serve as academic role models by creating intentional connections with new students through peer education and mentoring.
• Active Engagement- We promote engagement in classroom discussions and academic experiences outside the classroom, including involvement in co-curricular activities, undergraduate research, leadership opportunities and more.
• Community- We promote a sense of belonging by helping students develop an identity as a CSU Ram while also helping students connect with smaller communities in their academic department, residence hall or area of passion/interest. 
• Diversity- We promote a respect for and appreciation of diverse populations by engaging students in diversity education and sharing information about resources available in their college experience.
